Fast Track Engineering has been created to provide the Confectionery Industry with new ideas and opportunities to improve the day-to-day operation and to create a superior product in regards to Quality, Taste and Texture in the manufacturing process of Soft Boiled Candy.

Fast Track Engineering's main expertise lies within the knowledge gathered over decades in how to design and manufacture high quality confectionery machines, which will work to the satisfaction of the purchaser and provide the after service for the purchaser to make it a long-lasting investment. The equipment which Fast Track Engineering is manufacturing ranges from Moguls, including axillary equipment like Sugar Sanders, Oiling Machines and all other related equipment which is necessary to make such a System complete, Starch Drying/Cooling System, custom-designed fully integrated Pallet Transport Storage System, including custom-designed fully computer controlled Pallet Transport & Product Drying System, which no other organisation is offering World Wide.

We have the skills in-house to support existing Mogul users in regards to assisting them in the day to day operation and running of their Mogul. We have the expertise in-house not only in regards to the design and manufacturing technique, but will provide technical advice, operational advice, mechanical advice and guidance in how to operate the equipment which Fast Track Engineering is manufacturing for the confectionery industry.

One of the main expertise which Fast Track Engineering has gathered over the years is that a machine manufacturer not only must know how to design a machine in regards to the mechanics, but they also must be aware of the environment where these machines are working in. In this regard Fast Track Engineering is particularly knowledgeable and as result can create an exceptional product.

One not only needs good manufacturing equipment like a good kitchen facility and Mogul operation, but the primary object of the whole process lies within having a good conditioned Moulding Starch.

This is why Fast Track Engineering has expanded into this particular environment by creating state-of-the-art Fluidised Starch Conditioning System, including Custom-designed fully computer-controlled Pallet Transport & Product Drying System.
